I was very pleased with it. They came in and placed it. Because it was a gas unit, we put the gas together ourselves. You don't always get the exact price you want. But, it was in the lower price range I wanted to pay. The staff at the store was very courteous and informative. The staff that they sent out to deliver the product was very nice and very good. They came in, did their job and left. I was very pleased with what they did.

I've probably had the best success with them. They did the work that I hired them to do and they were really good. They worked with a contractor and they represented them well. They were only here for a day. They were here when they said they would be.

Everything went great from the salesman which was Jennifer to the installers that installed it. Everything was perfect. I give them A's and will continue to use them in the future.

I was happy with them, and the subcontractor they hired was excellent. Their prices seemed to be reasonable, and I was especially pleased with the installation.

We contacted a different Lowe s and were unable to get a quote for an entire week so I contacted this Lowe s location and the sales women was willing to meet with me within 20 minutes. She gave me a very informative estimate and worked with me on two subquite visits to finalize our request. We ended up deciding to not re-do our kitchen but they were a pleaser to deal with.

I was impressed with the thorough communications of the Lowe's staff regarding the transaction from the quote through follow-up satisfaction of the installation job. Lowe's contracted installer did a professional job, again being very thorough. I am well satisfied with the product quality and service provided.

The sales associate worked very SLOWLY (over one hour) to try to decipher his promised sales promotion along with the measurements and diagram taken from another associate and write up the sales contract. The wait time for carpet delivery to Lowes was reasonable at 2-3 weeks, as I expected but was not outstanding. The worst experience was during the morning of the installation when the installer called me from Lowes with a very frustrated tone explaining that there were no orders for him to pick up metal strips for the doorway thresholds. He told me I needed to pay him back for purchasing these strips that were not on the work order. I explained that I would not be paying him additional money as my sale was completed and paid in full. This issue needed to be cleared up between he and Lowes. He said he would call back. In the meantime, I called Lowes and they said it would be taken care of. Installation took 5 hours. Overall, there is a major lack of communication between professionals.

I would stay far away from this store, unless you want pure aggravation. Two weeks ago, I had purchased on Lowe's web site, a new Samsung microwave oven. Then, I was lead to believe by the Lowe's Milwaukee store that it would be installed within a couple days or so. That was never the intention. I finally had to speak with that store's manager after frustrating, fruitless encounters with the rank and file store people. After speaking to Keith Marsh in thinking I'd get somewhere with a degree of reasonable customer satisfaction, I was wrong again. However, he did agree to give me a $50.00 reduction in the installation costs for the inconvenience of having to wait two weeks to have it installed. The installing contractor had the smarts to phone me on the installation day to say he didn't have it. We both had then determined that Lowe's had said I had possession of the microwave already. That's it, I am done with them. The deal was that the installer would bring it with him.

The salesman was very friendly and helpful, and the installation work was done well and at the appointed time. Lowe's installation department called several times to double check that all scheduling was correct. There was a rebate on the refrigerator delivery, and the cost of delivery and installation of the dishwasher was $119, very reasonable. All delivery men were very courteous. I compared other big box retailers for these appliances and had the best experience at Lowe's.

I had to go back to the store 2 times as there was not a person who could help me working the first time I went. The carpet layers came shortly after the carpet arrived as it was a special order. They were very professional and did a good job. When we put closet doors back on, the carpet did not extend far enough into two closets so they came back within a day to fix the situation.

SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT! I LOVE THEM AND THEIR PRICES ARE EXCELLENT!
