He installed the door over two days with a helper on one of the days.  We found the rotted wood that led to the need for a replacement door extended into the walls.  Frank took care of this as well.  Also found a carpenter ant colony!  Frank cleaned them out and recommended an exterminator.
Although the project went beyond the scope of just putting in the sliding door, I felt comfortable with Frank and his expertise.  He has an excellent demeanor and comes across as quite knowledgeable and fair.  He also answered phone calls and called back promptly.

It was good. He's on time, he's really nice, did a really good job, he had great ideas on what to do with the deck, price was great, very professional and it's all good.

I have recommend him to others. He provided an excellent service. I would use him in the future.

The job went great.  He was willing to work with us as far as budget and kind of match it to the house.  He was around our schedule.  That was only like a half day work.  They would just give us a call even if they were in the area for something else.  They were very flexible, very professional and did very good work.  I think he was reasonable.  There was one time he couldn’t be here for some reason and he called before and let me know that he was going to be late.

Frank pretty much made it possible for us to live in the really neglected home we purchased.  The things he didn't do, he helped us to do ourselves by giving us instructions and tips.  Everyone who comes in can't believe the transformation.  It is truly amazing.  He is just wonderful to work with, always making suggestions and giving us options.
