My experience with this contractor was terrible. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. He is lawyered-up, so there is nothing you can do. He would win any claim you have. I would never recommend him to anybody because he knows he has this legal security and does very poor quality work, knowing he will win any claim. Don't hire him. He was given brand new materials, approximately worth $1,000.00, purchased new at Home Depot. He drilled holes all around the privacy fence, leaving them open. When he installed hardware, he used cheap materials which is rusting now, leaving rusty water trails on my white fence. The guy has a lot of little jobs all around the city, leaving yours basically unattended. A job that should have been done in two weeks took him three months to complete as he dedicated one hour a day. Because he did not supervise, as he was busy looking for more clients, his employee drilled all the holes. The owner gets irritated because he does not finish the job. How would he, if he is running around the city looking at the myriad of other little jobs he has. The City of Milwaukee inspectors did not approve his work so he needed to come back to be in compliance with the city codes. He claims he is an expert but I needed to pay more and buy more materials for him to comply with the city codes. He is lawyered-up, so don't even think that a claim would go against him. Be careful when hiring him. You will lose.

Jose Luis is the owner of the company, He is really nice and helps a lot. He did a good job during our work and cant complain about his services. He is very personal and friendly. He follows instruction and work close to the customer.
