Pete was a little tought to reach at first but once we connected, everything went smooth. He arrived on time for the appointments. He had to wait on completing the garage light because first he needed to identify the problem with current garage light. It could not be repaired so he installed a new light. The work he did was excellent quality. He also took care of pulling the permit for the electrical work in the basement. I would definitely recommend him and have shared his contact information with a few friends.

Pete was referred to me by 2 other contractors. He did arrive late, but called me prior to the time he was supposed to arrive to let me know what was going on. He got started with his work right away. While he was working he took time to clarify the exact location of where I wanted each outlet placed and answered my questions along the way. He finished most of his work on the first day, but did have to come out for a second day to finalize the whole home and bathroom ventilation system. It's been several months since Pete performed his work and everything is going well and I am so glad we had the extra outlets installed. All of his work passed the Village of Brown Deer's inspection without any issues.

Pete is very nice to deal with. He is very professional and always with smile. Easy to work with. He is very technical and up-to date on the technology change. We loved his finishing work on our under cabinet lighting. Its totally outstanding. We will hire him for all our electrical needs in future. He accepts all our custom needs and give us suggestion.

This is the second time we've hired Pete.  He's very professional and the work is top notch!    Would highly recommend him and we plan to hire him for our basement remodel.

The job went very smoothly.  Pete came by to look at what needed to be done and gave us an estimate of $150.00 for the work.  He strongly suggested that we have the new mirror and light fixture available before he did the work so that he could ensure everything fit correctly.  We went out right away and bought the new fixtures and Pete was able to come back the next day to complete the job before he left town on vacation.  A couple of hours later the job was done and the actual work was only $100; Pete said the job went more smoothly than anticipated.  This was a pleasant surprise given that our house was built in the 1940s and he was working with original wiring.  We will definitely use his services again.  In fact, Pete is working on a quote for us to install motion sensor lighting on the side of our house.

Overall I thought Pete did a great job. He was very professional and did a great job of clean-up. The work was top-notch. The only issue I had was with getting information about when the permit was filed and when the Village was going to come out to inspect the work. I had to call and email him a number of times, at which point he assured me that the Village would contact me for the inspection. I ended up calling myself and they verified that there was a copy on file. They came out the same day, did the inspection and sent me a copy. I would have been glad to do this on my own but he assured me he would do it so I left it in his hands, thinking that was part of the job.
That being said, I'm not saying I wouldn't hire him again. The work was great and he is extremely professional, so this may have just been a fluke, which is why I gave him a high rating overall.

We remodelled our basement after doing foundation work and Pete installed the new electrical outlets plus additional work in the kitchen and exterior. Pete is excellent to work with. He is very knowlegable and gives good suggestions based on his experience. He installed some PVC piping behind the wall so it would be easy to run and hide cables between new flat screen tv and the cable box. He also ran the cable so it was easily accessible before the drywall went up. Pete does quality work and is flexible to ensure the project is done right.

The experience was a very positive one. They are very excellent workers, and knowledgeable too. They get the job done right.

Everything went well, The entire job took about seven and a half hours (including lunch). The fan in the main bathroom was recommended by the energy auditor and my insulation contractor did alot of work with Light House Services. I chose Pete because he knew from past experience just what kind of fans were needed.

They were very confident and efficient.

He is just an all around excellent guy. He's very reasonable. I've seen his truck around here quite often, and it seems as though everyone likes him. I wouldn't have anyone else do the work he does. I've had him over here numerous times for various projects over the past five years. He's a dependable, licensed electrician from our area.

The owner came out and did the work on our house. I will just say that we will always use him from now on. I would use them any time we need electrical work done in fact, we will not use anyone else. He has done several other jobs for us. I am not going to disclose the price we paid, but he had the best prices out of all the company's we inquired with.

We had a few quotes. There were none that were any more expensive or cheaper than the others. We were comfortable using this company. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly. They really knew how to treat their customers with respect. The main electrician who did the work was very polite. He had the entire project completed very quickly. We would definitely use their services in the future.

Pete was able to schedule quickly to accommodate another job that required the electrical work to be completed. He ended up having to cancel the original appointment, but rescheduled for the following day so I wouldn't have to reschedule the 2nd job. He finished in a day and everything works great. The price seemed a little high, but that did include the cost of a permit and the high efficiency bath fan. With the exception of some minor cracking of the plaster around one outlet and some paint that needs to be touched up, it looks like the fan and outlets have always been there. Overall satisfied and would use him again.
