We changed the scope a little to include smaller tile than the original bid. Leo accommodated the change and spent the needed time to make the shower tile perfect. We needed to add doors to match the original trim work as well as baseboard trim. He was always careful to let us know when discrepancies in original building specs meant slight adjustments to his installation. Overall the work was outstanding and reflected his skill as a finish craftsman. His choice of subcontractors was excellent (electrician etc.).

He did the work, but had some difficulty with straight edges, alignment and quality of work. Tiling had to be corrected for crooked or irregular edges and contractor had a hard time working with fast drying grout. Pleasant to work with and fixed problems, but we had to buy a lot more tile than expected due to errors

"For some reason that I don’t understand, this review just appears to until now. Just to clarify the issues that you mentioned on the comments, the straight edges on the Drywall was corrected as soon as you mentioned. Keep in mind that on old houses is hard to square walls because nothing is square and gets harder to ha a good reference and I didn’t leave my job wrong. There is a process to have a job done right and sone times you have to redo part of in order to make it right. Same thing with the floor tile. Some times tiles settled down overnight and next day those tiles need to get removed and installed them right. And on this case, the tiles dimensions was too long 8” x 48” and they tend to curved during the cooking process when they making them and on the staggered installation pattern not all the corners meets and it makes it looks uneven. About getting more tiles was based on the pattern installation you decided and it takes more material than on a regular pattern installation and the tiles edges was getting shipped so easy and it makes more waste. And it was only one box used from the two extra boxes. Tiles per box 7. As I mentioned you about the fast dry grout, was my first time working with that product and it took me extra labor and money to removed it. My goal is always have a happy customers doing everything with excellence and professionalism and hope you gave me the opportunity to demonstrate it in the future."

Leo and team helped me in meeting some of my kitchen remodeling requirement for a big ranch house i purchase recently in Pewaukee area, he was very professional, gave me the cost upfront and there was not much deviation in the final price, the final product came out pretty decent. I had a small party planned in my house but messed up with dates so have to request him to finish the job early he was kind enough to work late to get the job to a point so that i can have my party. Have a baby at home so requested if he can install door at basement stairs as all my tools are packed due to moving and he did that with no charge, also helped in installing ecobee4. Leo is my guy for all my future home improvement needs. Keep up the great work Leo.
