he was in such a hurry that he did not attach the main ground. this was in april 2016 whent to turn the furnace on no heat because of the short.

They were on time, explained all details of service, and kept area clean.

Very Well. Arrived on time, cleaned furnace, looked at vents, made recomendations for better air flow and heat disctribution, all in less than an hour.

They came out the same day, and it was a minor repair. They are very courteous, reliable, and friendly. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Fantastic. Friendly and honest. Fast service too

Everything was very fine and the furnace works very well, except that a broken, plastic door on the indoor thermostat control was promised to be fixed when the part came in. I didn't receive a call back, so I called twice, over several months, but no one ever came out to replace the door, which has to be taped shut.

The installs went well for both the furnace in November 2010 and the air conditioning in 2011. Both George and David are professional, reliable, and do a great job in getting everything done in a timely manner. We started with Landolt Service over 20 years ago, and we will continue to use this company for their expertise when it comes to our heating and cooling needs.

Their prices are competitive with others and their work was good. They are nice guys who seem to know what they are doing.

George and Dave have been our go to team for our furnace/AC needs for over 15 years. Has serviced 2 existing furnaces and 2 existing AC for us, and sold us 1 new furnace and 2 new AC's during that time (2 different houses). We are repeat customers because we are very happy satisfied customers.

I called the office this morning and the guys were here in about an hour. They checked our furnance and central air unit. They found a broken temperature hose in the furnace which would have prevented the furnance from working when we needed it. They cleaned the central air coils and filled the fluid which was very low. We also had them replace our thermostat and they showed us how to use it. We also discussed a possible new furnance and central air unit and they were very honest about what we needed and were not trying to upsell us on something we didn't need. The guys were very friendly and polite.

They installed the unit, so we continued working with them because they seem to know what they are doing. It is a father and son team and I think they are good at what they do and have always been responsive and punctual. I was pleased with them and also think the price was fair.

There were not any problems at all. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. I was pleased with the service and I felt that the price of the work was reasonable as well. I would recommend them to other people.

We have always had great service from this company. We had used this company's services in the past. We were treated with a lot of respect. Everyone is always so polite. They explained everything we needed to know on how to operate our new gas furnace. When they had the installation completed, they double checked for any kind of gas leaks. Everything was OK. We have had no problems with our new furnace.

I do not have to much to tell you of my experience. Everything went great and I am pleased. The unit was installed correctly and I have not had a problem since it was. I would say they did a very good job considering I did not have to call them back at all. They worked quickly, efficiently and quietly. They also cleaned up any mess when they were finished with it.

We were more than satisfied with the work of this company. They really took their time and make sure to answer all of our questions. I was very pleased and I would recommend this company to anyone. They were prompt and friendly every step of the way.
