I discovered family owned Kusch's automotive in our neighborhood and couldn't be happier with the service. Friendly, knowledgeable and cost effective alternative to the dealers. Their costs are at least 30% lower and their service is 200% better. Even got free loaner (older clunkers, but works for me) and always get a thank you in the mail a few days later.

They are fabulous. They are very reliable, very friendly, very honest and they don't do extra work. They came highly recommended to me and I have been completely impressed from them.

Our 2000 Astro Van needed help - it had spent the summer in the driveway with a dead battery while we moved into our newly built home. We couldn't seem to keep the battery charged. We received a flyer in the mail and decided to try challenging the crew at Kusch's to bring our "baby" back to service. It hasn't run better since it was new - some 84,000 miles ago. The communication was prompt, clear, and the work was top quality. Everything was explained and parts replaced were shown to us. They're a class act!

I thought the price was too expensive. They were pretty quick quick to respond when their was a snow storm. I have used someone else before that did a better job. They never salted the driveway, as was stated in the contract. Any time I talked with someone, they were very nice and pleasant on the phone. However, I had trouble getting phone calls returned.
