Work went fine. This is covered by a home warranty insurance policy. I as well as the insurance investigators have tried to contact Ken for the past SIX MONTHS no return calls to verify work completed . The insurance company HAS recently contacted Ken and he stated " I do have the bill in front of me, I'll call you when I get back to my office later today." NEVER A RETURN CALL. I can get some compensation for the work performed. The busy plumber has no time to make a simple phone call. I have all emails from insurance company and my own to Ken asking to assist in this matter.....of course none ever returned or follow-up not made

Ken was extremely communicative (by email and phone) and arrived promptly both times. The work came in at exactly the estimated price. He installed a gas shutoff under the cooktop and and made sure to take the time to show us the location, etc. We were very happy with his work and would certainly hire him again.

I went down in my basement and found water creeping closer and closer to my carpet only to find out my pump wasn't working properly. I found KMG and called and he actually answered, I had called a few other companies with no answer. Ken came out the next morning and told me what it would cost. The job went great and Ken kept true to his price. That was a plus! I will recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing work. Thanks so much Ken and KMG!
