I had chosen a website to purchase the dishwasher from based off of Consumer Reports. The control panel went out fairly soon after I had received the dishwasher. They did send out a subcontractor to repair. He did not have the proper part on his truck and I had to wait almost a month before the part was shipped before could repair the control panel. The plastic inserts are falling apart too. I have had to wire them together to keep the silverware from falling out to keep the trollies to from falling off the track.
