I did use the deal but I did not employ them afterward. The work turned out ok.

Great, just great! Very thorough, efficient (got a lot done in 5.5 hours), professional, and pleasant to work with. Very reasonable prices too.

They were great and in particular it's a husband and wife team who do the cleaning. The service was good; they were very responsive and personable. I have an ongoing contract with them and will continue to use them in the future.

The owners (husband and wife combo) came to my house to do an estimate and to ask what all I wanted cleaned. I was preparing my house for an office holiday party and needed the entire house cleaned (three floors, two baths). They took notes during the inspections and asked several questions. When cleaning day arrived, two workers showed up and cleaned for a total of 3 hours. Everything was beautifully done. I have hardwood floors and they were cleaned by vacuum and hand/knees vinegar/water scrubbing. The shower was scrubbed with a toothbrush and was sparkling when done. I was very happy with the work that was performed.

Good, they came out for an estimate and have never been late since 6 months of service. Very flexible and friendly!

We were quite pleased with the quality of their work, their friendliness, and professionalism. The cleaning did begin a bit (30-45 minutes) later than originally scheduled, but the supervisor of the cleaning crew showed up at the scheduled time to explain why they were running a bit late and to apologize. Hence, we still gave them an "A" for punctuality. We've had some bad experiences with housecleaning companies in the past, but we will confidently use this company again.

They have been in 3 times so far. Each time it has been a relief to have the house clean, but each time there has been at least one disappointment. They've been eager to make things right, and we are happy with their integrity and hard work. We hope that the crew will become more familiar with our needs and smooth out the rough spots.

It has been very good, they are very nice, they are very good at making sure that they are doing every right. They are very trustworthy, I don't hesitate to leave them here alone. The price is very reasonable, and it was negotiated.

It's a mixed bag. They came in with a crew of 3 people and cleaned the house. That went very well. They did a good job on the cleaning. The housecleaning and inside window cleaning service would award them an "A". However, the carpet cleaning experience was just ok. I've had better experience with carpet cleaning. He left a mark on a freshly painted wall which he didn't mention. He also dislodged a stair railing on the basement stairs (which he did tell us about). The outside windows still needed to be done. They also offered to power wash one side of the house for free. On June 9th I called to schedule the power wash and outside windows. On June 16th I still hadn't gotten this service (which I'd already prepaid). I knew better to prepay but it was easier to write one check than three. I called again and told them I wanted 1/2 of the money back for the exterior window cleaning and I'm still waiting on a response back from them. I was so very happy with the housecleaning experience, and the carpet cleaning (except for the damage) was an "OK" job.. maybe a "B". The window exterior which still remains unfinished is still a problem for me and I feel it to be a fair request to expect that portion of the money back. They reimbursed me for what I asked for. The total was $150, but I asked for $75 back because they did not do the outside windows.

They came over a few days after we called them to look over the house and give us an estimate. Their crew came in exactly on time but didn't finish until quite late in the evening. We thought something had gone wrong and called them up around 7:00 to find they were still at it. But they finished shortly thereafter.

I have had them in twice and we are off to a great start! Jessica does a good job and is a delight to have around Alexandra, the owner is very good at communication and does the extra things that make for a good long-term relationship. She already has saved me extra errands and when my vacuum broke, offered one of theirs for that day. It is well worth hiring her to manage rather than hiring an individual. She will handle insurance, background checks, absenteeism and problems that may come up. Her rates are very reasonable and she makes things go smoothly.

We called King's Lifestyle on Friday afternoon, had an estimate and 3 cleaners at our place promptly Saturday morning. They did an amazing job, in just 3 hours! All wood flooring was cleaned (by hand) twice, granite, marble, limestone, stainless steel- sinks, showers, picture frames. We couldn't be more pleased. Not to mention they were very courteous.

Their service was great. They did a very good job and were interested obtaining feedback. They are detail oriented, clean, and very punctual.

Julio and Alexandra have been punctual and very conscientious. Their work so far, weekly cleaning, has been very good. We hope and expect to work with them for a long time.

THE OWNERS AND STAFF ARE WONDERFUL PEOPLE, WHO ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE DEPENDABLE, ON TIME, AND THEY DO A GREAT JOB. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM THEY ENCOURAGE COMMUNICATION.

HE IS THOROUGH AND CLEANS EVERYTHING WELL.
