This was my first attempt at being my own contractor, as a woman Keystone made it easy and very successful. They were very responsive, informative and easy to work with. All dates and my expectations were met. Down the road I hope to redo my kitchen and will definitely use them again. The bathroom looks great and I purchased the sinks and faucets online.

Material selection at the showroom presented many option. Eventually we selected a color/pattern that looked perfect with the cabinets. They called after a few weeks to remind us that they needed to schedule the measurement and installation - we were waiting for the cabinets to be installed. They came and measured to double check the locations of the base cabinets - and offered ideas for several areas. Installation was started as scheduled - although a piece of the backsplash broke and they returned the next day with a new section to complete the installation. The left the sink cut-out as a cutting board!

They picked up marble or granite remnants. We had a contractor that had the measurements. They then fabricated the top. They cut it on the wrong side, but we ended up keeping it anyway.

I would recommend that you consider them. There were hidden costs like the snack bar had to have braces and those were extra. Something was cut wrong and they had to run back to the place and find another piece of granite to put in. The granite has a lot of motion and they put the seam in where it was light and I would have told the girl to tell people in the future to always put the seam in where it was dark. The seam shows more where it is light.
