Keller Williams

We would definitely not recommend using Mark as a realtor.  We went with him because he lived in the neighborhood.  That was a bad choice.  He was not very responsive to us.  He took pictures of the property himself and they were not good.  We requested that he hire a professional photographer and his initial response was that the value of our property wasn't enough to invest in a professional photographer!  We had to specifically request flyers so that we could give them to family and friends and leave copies at the house when there were showings.  He refused to have open houses.  We rarely received feedback from showings that were scheduled and each time we had to ask for it.  He didn't utilize anything electronically (contract signing, scheduling of showings, etc).  The only thing he wanted to do to get the property sold was to keep reducing the price.  We were only days away from the end of the 6 month contract we had signed before we got an offer.  If that hadn't happened, we were not going to be resigning with him.  To top it all off, he didn't even bother to tell us that he wasn't coming to the closing or to even call to say thank you or congratulations.  I have good luck with other Keller Williams realtors, but not this one.

They are very good and excellent with moving from one state to another.  He was very dedicated and did a great job for me.  I liked their services and will use the same in future.
