The movers were very nice, professional and were very careful and courteous, even though they had to work around some paving work being done which blocked the loading dock. Were very honest about the survival of a cheap old bookcase, too! :) (It made it!) Would definitely use them again.

We were scheduled between 12-3, however received a call from the owner(?) telling me that the guys would be late. I asked how late and the response I got was short and rude and all he said was "just late". I asked if it would be after 3:00 and he said "oh yea. They took another job and it's turning out to be more than they thought". We had to call AGAIN to find out where they were. The guy on the phone was rude again. His attitude was just "oh well". So basically the movers took another job during our window! And no one apologized for anything either! They didn't show up until 7:00PM that night. We were moving until 10PM. All of it is unacceptable. That's not how you speak and treat customers. Maybe they could have knocked off some the price! Seeing as 7 hours of my day was wasted waiting on them due to the ineffective decisions made on that day by them. We will not use them again nor recommend them.

Great, very nice and polite and friendly. Even told me I didn't need to help carry boxes cause that's there job. We highly recommend Kad Movers .

This was my second time hiring KAD, and this move went just as smoothe as the first.  They are very affordable, and we had 3 movers for cheaper than the average mover that only has 2 men on the job.  Their pricing is straight-forward, no surprises, and they move quickly.  I would definitely recommend them and will hire them again.

KAD was incredibly fast. We actually paid their hourly minimum because we totally underestimated what they could move and how fast. I even asked them to pull a broken upright freezer out of our basement so that I could dispose of it to fill time. The owner, Kevin, went down with a lifting strap and single handedly pulled the freezer out of the basement. It was unbelievable.
When you get 3 guys, you don't get normal guys. These dudes can move anything on their own. They would use 2 on a few things, but it was only to allow for more grace with delicate objects or tight moves.
We had no appreciable wear or damage. All of our furniture arrived in great condition.
The only place I could tell they bumped anything was with this monster hide-away couch we have. Our house has 2 entrances. Both of them lead from 1 door to an immediate right angle turn through another door. This couch had literally less than 5 millimeters of clearance on top of the technical move to get it in and the weight. On the wood stop within our door way, I could tell that the couch pressed against the wood. It was so minor that it served more as an example of their expertise.
All 3 of the guys are very personable and friendly too.
The 2 down sides:
My wife and I are inherently nervous people. The speed with which they work scared us a bit. Like I said, they didn't damage anything but it was jarring to see how fast they cleared our old place. After that, we asked that they slow down in our new place. Kevin was very understanding, and they slowed it down and made us feel much better.
Second, when paying, there are a few places to initial on the invoice that get breezed over. They're actually pretty big releases in terms of their liability if something were to be damaged. It may be worth a moment to read through them and consider what you're signing.

Execellent service, prompt, great price. Do not be fooled by first appearances. They are the highest quailty, most careful, professional movers I have ever had.

KAD Moving and Storage made my moving experience the best that a stressful thing like moving could be. They were efficient, punctual and easy to deal with. The arrived on time and quickly surved basement, first floor and second floor and asked if I needed things moved in the garage.  From that they made a plan and were off to the races in moving.  They were patient as I asked them to place furniture more than once as I figured out room arrangements. There price was great. I would definitely call them again. 
Dos -- be organized before they get there.

I had very good experience with them. They were excellent and I got to know about them through Angie’s list. A friend also recommended them to me. They were there on time. They did not break anything. There was little bit more work than what we anticipated and they handled it beautifully. They were very courteous.

The move went very quickly. My apartment was cleared out within in an hour. The movers worked quickly, but were careful with all of my stuff. They were friendly and helpful. The storage facility was 20-30 minutes away. Including moving my stuff into storage, the whole move took approximately 3 hours. It would have taken less time, but there was a delay at the storage facility.

The 2 men who moved my things were very careful not to damage any of my things. They were courteous & respectful.

They were prompt, organized and it only took them a 1/2 hour to empty the apartment. They had to move up to 3rd story apartment without elevator. Friendly and professional.

The movers were on time, extremely polite, definitely reasonably priced. The manager, Kevin, was very accommodating and polite. The Co. could move us on January 2nd, which for many businesses was considered a holiday. They stayed until the job was completed and guaranteed that they would do so. Every item was handled with extreme care and there were no damages at all. We highly recommend KAD Moving & Storage and would definitely use this company again. On a scale of 1 to 10 we would rate them an 11!!!!

$400 CHEAPER THAN THE NEXT LOWEST BID. THEY HAD TO MOVE ITEMS TO STORAGE, MOVING THEM TO THE NEW HOME LATER. ALL ITEMS ARRIVED IN GOOD CONDITION. THEY WERE PROMPT. THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE A GREAT IMPRESSION.

AFTER DOING A PRICE COMPARISON WITH THE COMPANY THAT WAS SUGGESTED BY ANGIE''S LIST, I FOUND KAD MOVING AND STORAGE TO OFFER A BETTER PRICE FOR THE WORK DONE. BUT, I WAS ALSO THOROUGHLY IMPRESSED WITH THIS SMALL FAMILY BUSINESS. BOTH BROTHERS WERE EXTREMELY PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH AND HAVE A GREAT MANY YEARS OF EXPERIENCE BEHIND THEM. THEY TRULY MADE THE TASK OF MOVING THIS PIANO LOOK VERY EASY. I WAS ALSO IMPRESSED WITH THE CARE AND CONSIDERATION THEY TOOK IN HANDLING THIS PIANO. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
