Excellent, efficient work. Maintained lawn in excellent shape and replanted where it could not be avoided. Needs better office administration, but its a small business and understandable. The quality of the actual work was superb.

Mr Johnson provides quality concrete and welding services. He is cheap and does a quality job.

It went ok. They started quickly and excavated the existing concrete. That took a couple of days to get the old concrete out and rough grading done. They added gravel base and formed the new driveway. The new forms needed to be adjusted when they weren't straight and we had to walk through together to ensure we had the proper depth established for the new driveway. We could have communicated better and using detailed design drawings would have eliminated these issues. There were several delays, mainly because of poor weather. The day of the pour finally came, 3 weeks from the day they started excavation. They did an excellent job pouring and finishing the concrete. Jimmy was always available via phone/text to discuss the project's progress.

I had another contractor provide a concrete pad in front of a new garage. They had quoted the concrete driveway as well, which was to be done later. When it came time to do the driveway, the price increased by 50% so I searched for a replacement.
I found Johnson Demolition and Concrete (JDand C) during my search. The quote they provided was for the drive was very near the original price I had received from my first contractor. I gave the work to JDand C. The price and service was outstanding. The speed of the service was surprising. They came when promised, finished when promised and provided more service than expected. I was extremely impressed with the firm and hope that others use them to keep the firm growing and providing services for many years to come. OUTSTANDING!!!!

They were just awesome. Their price was at least 50% less than the rest of the quotes that we got. They did a beautiful job. The way they cleaned up the driveway when they were done, it looked like it was polished and it was amazing. This gentleman used to work with my father at least 40 years ago. My father asked me to call him and told me that he is doing business for himself and is in Milwaukee. I have landscaping behind the retaining wall. All the other companies told me that I would lose all of those plantings. This guy not only saved all of them, but also replanted them because they had to do some backfilling behind the wall. The stones they used were huge and they didn’t have to repair the entire wall. The wall is probably 60 feet long and they had to repair half of it. They took acid and individually cleaned and washed every stone before they put it back up. So, you can literally see and this stone looks like it is new. We were out of town when they were doing the work. So, he called me and gave me an update every day as to where they were, how it was going or if we had any questions. They were just outstanding. We spent a lot of money, but it was well worth it. I would definitely use their services in the future too. In fact, I have already called them to do some tuckpointing around my house.
