We have always had very fine service from them.  We bought several cars from them, including a used SUV and it is just fine.  We do recommend them.  Everything was beautiful.  They steam cleaned the engine.  Cleaned inside and out.  It was cleaner when they cleaned it than it was when we bought it used.  They just did a wonderful job.  They did such a good job we are looking forward to using them in the future.  They are by far the most superior detailing that I have ever had.  It's an older man and he does one or two cars a day and it's hard to get in.

The experience was fine. They could not diagnose the full issue, but they did not try to charge the services that they did not run through or they did not try to do any additional run. They are very honest about their ability to diagnose an issue and they could not find the issue to reproduce and so they reset it and send me on my way. The quality of their service was good. It was honest. It was not a full service.

I have been going here for over 10 years., they have always had competitive prices, good service and complete satisfaction. I just had them resolve a different issue, completely to my satisfaction that most service facilities would not have done, I recommend them highly.

Although I had received very good service at John Paul's Pontiac/GMC in the past, this last service visit was very disappointing. First, the published price for the Pontiac Vibe 30,000 mile maintenance was $299 plus tax. I had a coupon for 10% off. However, my bill was still about $369. The second complaint I had, and expressed, was the dealership's replacing my wiper blades, and charging me about $30 for it, even though I had just had my blades changed by this dealership not long ago. To that complaint, they did refund the roughly $30 in unnecessary blades, but not before I had to wait several weeks; i had to make several phone calls; and i was told several stories. In the end, the dealership's accounting department informed me the refund was an easy fix they could have done the same day. I have been requesting my radio to be replaced, and I expected it to be replaced with the 30,000 mile maintenance. On the day of the maintenance, they informed me the radio was never ordered. Also on they day of the maintenance, I informed them that I was hearing what sounded like an intermittent scraping sound when I would drive forward to leave work. They seemed ambivilent toward this concern, and said they never heard of such a thing. The service representative then said and quot;I guarantee it is probably the break rotorsand quot; [wearing unevenly]. This maintenance visit did not address that issue. Later, the service rep said and quot;I have to check with Zurich to see if the radio's covered.and quot; After numerous weeks, I still have not heard anything about the radio from the dealership. They do not seem very customer oriented anymore. With regret, I guess I will have to find another dealership.

My car was never adequately repaired since I purchased the vehicle. I only returned to the dealership as a requirement for their and quot;free brakes, tires, batteries for the life of the vehicleand quot; offer. After multiple visits related to delivery of the vehicle, brakes, and tires, I was feed up with the service and the quality. The last interactions was when the customer service coordinator from the dealership called me shortly after to see if everything was taken care of. (Believe only got a call because the manufacturer called dealership). Advised the coordinator that I was unhappy that water pump hadn’t been checked for over 1 year (advised since 1/5/2011 the squeuking of the belt on start-up got progressively worse.) and added to the frustrations of the past and that I was concerned other things may have went unchecked over the last year, resulting in me having to continue to return to the dealership. The coordinator indicated was not technical and refered me to speak with the service manager. Went to dealer upon completion of repair and to return rental car. Brought friend/co-worker to witness and listen in on discussion and to get his input. Was introduced to service manager by the coordinator and discussed with the service manager the dismal service I received to that point. The service manager defended workforce and indicated their long tenure and how had been taught by them and strongly believed in their talents. I rebutted using my vehicle as the example and also asked if my dealings with the dealer was brought to the
service manager's attention. The service manager was aware and said would not sugar coat or make excuses and can not tell why my vehicle had these issues. The service manager indicated that it is not common for my vehicle and that the manager's spouse had picked up one and is a used car. He indicated this is one in a million and that not matter what is done to fix the issue it continues to come back.

I bought the car there. It is a 2000, and it still runs like it is a brand new car. They do excellent work and I would recommend them. I don't know anything about the price because I haven't gone to anybody else. I have been using them ever since I bought my car from them when I got back from Milwaukee, and I will keep on using them.

My husband took vacation time to take our van in for an oil change and detail cleaning which we had a gift
certificate for. The appointment was made a week ago and when he arrived he was told that they didn't have time for the cleaning and only had time for the oil change.

This is the second time that they have done this to us. I still have an IOU for the car wash portion
of my certificate from my other car that they didn't have time to do. The manager explained that someone
called in sick this morning and that is why they wouldn't have time but I am angry that we didn't get
a phone call to inform us of this because it is very inconvenient to have to go back another time and now
we have to go back twice. Very unprofessional.

Our salesman (Wayne) was excellent. He was friendly and knowledgable. He worked out a very fair deal with us on the purchase price and trade in value of our van. We left feeling good overall about our purchase of the new vehicle.

We got free service for 1 year where they change the oil, rotate the tires, etc. They are really good about that. We have taken our vehicle in once already and with no charge for it, which was nice. We can call them if we need anything. They sold me the vehicle and went over all the paperwork with me. They were a good car dealer who took care of it, and we were satisfied with them. The salesman we dealt with seemed very honest and eager to talk with. If he didn't something, he would go and ask.

I am real pleased with their sales department. It was a no high pressure sales. He was very thorough in explaining everything about the car. He set up the GPS system for me. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle. In other words, they went over and beyond the general services provided by car dealers. A good thing is that when you buy a new car from them, you can go anytime to get your car washed as a service. I like the location as it is easy for me to get there. The working hours are good.

I ARRIVED AND WAITED FOR TOO LONG BEFORE ANYONE ACKNOWLEDGED MY PRESENCE. THIS HAS BEEN A CONTINUOUS PROBLEM. I ASKED THEM TO HAVE THE OIL CHANGED AND FLUIDS CHECKED. I DON'T BELIEVE THEY DID IT, AND I'VE TAKEN IT BACK TO MAKE SURE IT'S DONE, AND DONE CORRECTLY. I FEEL LIKE I'M INVISIBLE.
