I called to find out the hours their business would be open. The business is run out of their home, so they were extremely flexible on when we could drop off the chairs.
They estimated that the job would take approximately one week. We received a phone call when the chairs were done and picked them up the same day.
The chair seats are perfect.

Was in a rush for 2 chairs to be caned and they did an excellent job of finishing the job on time. Easy to deliver and pick up when completed.
