Joe knows his business. He had to modify the installation because of the age of the house. The job went well and fast.

Joe did a great job taking out or old door and putting in our new custom door. The job was kind of complex so the price was a little higher than standard jobs. It looks so wonderful. He's such a nice, honest guy. We will be having him do more work for us in the future.

A year ago, we needed a consult on a lock installed by another service provider. Joe offered his opinion and a recommended solution. When the first company disagreed with Joe’s assessment, Joe offered to call them to explain it in technical terms. He didn’t charge us for the consult or the call. We recently had Joe in to trim 5 doors, install a keypad lock. He also fixed a pocket door and 2 bifold doors which were installed poorly by another contractor and were scraping paint off the doors. Our garage door shifts up and down in the cold/heat cycles and Joe fabricated a strike plate to accommodate. He also tweaked 2 other handle assemblies. He educated us on mortise locks (we have old style hardware, probably original 1926), explaining which ones could probably be fixed and which would likely have to be replaced. Joe impressed us with his professionalism, his ability to explain our options, and his responsiveness.

I had problems with another installer on the day scheduled for installation and went to Angie's list and found Joe.  He happened to have a cancellation and was at my home in less than 30 minutes.  There is a reason Joe is rated "A".  He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and fast.
Joe removed my side entry door (and storm), installed the steel door I had, reinstalled the storm door, took the old door away, and cleaned up after himself both as the project progressed and at the end.  The door looks and works great.  A very professional job done by a professional.  After he completed the side door, he even straightened the front entry door that I had installed by someone else that was not plumb. 
I would highly recommend Joe and asked him to quote me on replacement windows.

Joe was very pleasant and professional to work with. He didn't need to come take measurements since we already purchased our door and we just needed him to install. He was able to schedule us a week out. He gave me a quote over the phone and was very honest and clear of some additional charges that we may have and how much it would be depending on the current condition of our door frame. He offered to pick up our door for us at Home Depot but would charge $25. We ended up picking up the door ourselves but when he came and saw the door, he noticed right away that we purchased a door that would have the door knobs on the opposite side. He was nice enough to go exchange the door for us but did charge us $25 for this. When he was done, he called me over and we did a walk-through and he took the time to explain what he did. It was done very nicely and was very clean. I would definitely hire him again to replace my windows.

Joe was very professional and friendly.  We are very happy with the quality of his work.  It was also great that he comes out to your house, prior to performing the work, to measure the opening and tell you precisely what to order to ensure everything works out properly.

Joe was great! He was able to come out and measure the doors the same day I called him, and was able to schedule the installation within a week of calling to schedule. He was very up front about cost and his process (installed one door a day, flat fee of $299 a door), and was very professional and friendly. By ordering our doors at the Oak Creek Menards he even picked up the doors for us on the first day of work. The work was done well, and he cleaned up after he was done. The doors look great, and are so much more energy efficient that our old ones. We would definitely use him again for any door or windows we need installed.

I know him personally. He came in middle of a snow storm to take measurements. Everything he does is great.

Joe did a very good job of installing a new storm door.He arrived on time an did a very professional job beginning to end.I would definitely recommend Joes services.

When I first called and left message about the quote, he returned my call quickly and told me he charged a flat rate on the installation of entry door and storm door. His price was very reasonable compared to another quote we received, so we decided to hire Joe as our installer. He scheduled a date to come to my house to do the measurement.  We ordered the door from Home Depot. When the doors were ready to pick up, I called Joe to schedule the installation date. It was during a busy season, so Joe made us wait a little bit over one week to do our project. On the installation date, Joe went to Home Depot picked up our doors in the early morning and went straight to our house. The installation went very well. In order not to hit the newly installed hardwood floor in the hall way, Joe had to lift the entry door a little bit. It was a bit tricky, but he worked around it. The entry door sits perfectly and opens smoothly. He also helped us install the locks.  We are very satisfied with the outcome of our new entry door and storm door.
Joe is a very easygoing person. We found it was pleasant to be around him during the work day. He also gave us some good suggestions about our windows because Joe also does window installation and wrapping. We will definitely hire him for future project in our house.

The install was a bit of a challenge due to settling of the building but Joe was up for it.  Everything went very well and the doors look fabulous.  I thought his pricing was very reasonable (a flat rate) and his work excellent.
We would most definitely go to Joe again for door or window issues.

First off, I needed this project done in short notice, under a week, and Joe was able to move some things around to accommodate our project, which was a huge help.  I ordered the materials online after he came out to do measurements.  He suggested a specific retailer that had lower pricing than I had originally seen elsewhere.  He picked up the material on his way here, and installed the doors in half a day.  I was very impressed with the extent to which he replaced the surrounding framing and trim, including the interior trim of the door frame as it had been damaged by the deadbolt.  Everything was done to a high quality standard.  He was very helpful overall - I've never had to replace a door before and he guided me through the necessary steps.  I felt very comfortable going to work and leaving him here working with my wife and kids, and my wife confirmed he was very pleasant and kind while he was here.  He was also very easy to get a hold of and quick to respond when I had questions.  Thanks Joe!

He called back within 2hrs of contacting him on angies list. He was efficient, honest and professional from start to finish. He showed me what hodgepodge work was done prior to him starting and explained everything he was doing. He qouted me the exact price he charged me with no surprise fees. I would recommend him to all friends and family anytime.
