This company took off with $900 of my money. We hired them to complete a concrete patio. Paid $900 for the down payment and the rest was to be paid upon completion in the 4-6 week time frame they gave us. After 4-6 weeks passed and no work was done, we reached out. Nothing from them. No responses. This went on for several weeks. Week 10 I had to file a credit card chargeback. They actually had the audacity to dispute my chargeback claiming we gave them permission to run my card. Well of course we gave them permission, but the work was never done. I lost the chargeback because I gave them permission. Now we will be taking them to small claims. That’s nasty business to take a Customers money knowing you never did any work. That’s just flat out wrong

I was not very happy with the way the handled things. I didn't know they were so busy they couldn't show up. I told him that they shouldn't contracting their jobs out so far if they can't come over and get my job done before winter. I told him I was going on vacation and they were not coming on my property when I wasn't here. He agreed to that, but still kept putting me off. One day he called me and said that they would be over the next day (it was supposed to start getting rainy and cold over the next couple days after he called). He did come over the next day, but when I went to look at the job he was doing he was not cleaning the foundation very good. There was loose foundation all over the place. I told him that he had to scrape some of the loose foundation before the new stuff would adhere to the concrete, and he said well OK. Then all of the sudden he started doing that and I told him he was supposed to go a grade below the ground. He told me that he didn't know anything about that, so I told him that he better look at the contract again then. He got a little disgruntle about that, and we ended up arguing a little bit about it. He did rectify the situation, but he was the only man working on it and we were running out of time weather wise. Finally, he told me that his original man had an accident the day before and couldn't make it. I told him that it was getting "iffy" because of the winter, so he finally got someone else to come in and help in and they got the job done. They did a good job as far as the work goes. It looks like a decent job, I just had to go through a lot of hoops to get the job done. They did waterproof the basement, but later told me that I should waterproof it again myself. I am starting to get fine lines and cracks now.

JJ ENTERPRISES CAME IN TO GIVE US A QUOTE ON A WEDNESDAY AND WERE ABLE TO START ON MONDAY. THEY WERE DONE WITH THE ENTIRE PROJECT (A LARGE ONE) WITHIN 2 WEEKS, WHICH INCLUDED DRYING TIME FOR THE NEW CEMENT. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY, AND MORE IMPORTANTLY, GOT THE WORK DONE RIGHT, QUICKLY!
