 + -1 moreI was going to use another company, but they did not get back to me. This guy called me back the same day and was able to come by that afternoon and give me an estimate. He worked steadily until the weather turned, but he did come back in a few warm days of December to paint and finish the job. If I had noticed anything and pointed it out to him, he would immediately fix it. He did a thorough job.
Description of Work: I had this company repair and paint the stucco on my very large, old house. They also replaced the downspouts. They did powerwash the house before they primed it.

 + -1 moreCalled me back same day but advised me that he would not drive to North Shore Area for estimate because of downtown construction. Gave an estimate over the phone, but was over double what was quoted to us by someone who actually saw our small project.
Description of Work: Small 1/2 bath needed taping & finishing as we hung the drywall ourselves.

 + 0 moreJohn responded to my inquiry promptly and was available to do the job almost immediately. He showed up when he said he would and I had no problem trusting him to be in my house while I was at work. He did such a good job on the door patch that you would have no idea there used to be an opening in that wall. He's a real craftsman. His associate, Matt Herman, did the framing of the closet and did a great job as well. Both were very helpful with ideas on the project.
Description of Work: Closed up an unused doorway and framed new closet with Sheetrock. Put skim coat of plaster and textured finish over all to match surrounding walls.

Description of Work: He took out our cabinets, fixed some damaged drywall, rebuilt some soffits, and texture primed our walls.
