gutter cleaning
+ -1 moreThis guy posts on Craigslist every single day under the heading and quot;We Love To Clean Guttersand quot;. I called him on 5/28/14 and he never returned my phone call. Obviously he doesn't want or need the work.
Description of Work: Nothing. That's the problem.

gutter cleaning
+ -1 moreHe came within a few days of our call and came on time. The price of the job was as quoted. I will definitely call him again if I need any other work done. He was very professional and friendly.
Description of Work: We had sparrows building nests under our gutter screens on our second story. Jim cleaned out the nests and then secured chicken wire over the small openings at the end of the gutters so the birds could not return.

+ 0 moreWe've had nothing but good experiences with Jim. He's very good at communicating, works until the project is complete, and is 100% reliable. Highly recommended.
Description of Work: Jim has done several projects for us including gutter cleaning, extending downspouts for better drainage, and general handyman work. He also took care of our house, including snow removal, during an extended winter vacation during which he responded promptly to a false alarm and always kept us informed about the status of the house.

+ 0 moreJim was great to work with. He was very responsive and punctual. He also provided us with a quote for fixing a leaking downspout on our house. Though I have no other estimates to compare it with at this time, it seems to be a reasonable estimate. Jim seems very knowledgeable about gutters. I will definitely hire him again.
Description of Work: Jim cleaned and inspected the gutters and downspouts on our entire house.

Description of Work: Cleaned & gutters and did some gutter support repairs; replaced two bathroom ceiling fans; installed glass window on front door; installed drywall screws to hold up shelves in upper bath and lower laundry room.
