John and his partner are absolutely a pleasure to have working in your home. They are extremely professional, do great quality work at a fair price, very meticulous, extreme attention to detail, are problem solvers, innovative, able to adjust toeet your needs, etc... Just overall really good. I would highly recommended them and am planning on having back for future projects.

I have had an excellent experience with them. I do not know what your highest rating is, but I would give that to them. They are thorough and they follow through. They are just good. Their price is cheaper. One of the things that John said, from the electric company, is that they were going to wait until it was not so hot up in the attic. It was not that they screwed around, it is just I can imagine being up in the attic because the electrical enters the house at one end and the air conditioner is far away from the source as you can get and that was the reason that they were holding off. Their price is excellent, because I did check around and they are very reasonable. There were a couple of times that I had to leave a voice mail, but they always got back to me and I certainly understand that. Their punctuality was excellent, now the house was not occupied and so I do not know if they got there in the clock or whatever, but they got the work done within the time frame that they said they would get it done. I have recommended them to my friends.

Have been using John and JEM Electric for all our electrician needs since 1987 when JEM was used as a subcontractor during our family room construction and have been pleased with the results and promptness of service.

Always very professional, clean and reasonably priced. I automatically call him, I wouldn't even get another quote for any electrical service in my home.

John is very knowledgeable and we have used him for small and large jobs. In this case, he worked with the driveway contractor for scheduling and made himself available when we needed him. The quality is superb and he is always looking out for our best interests. The job turned out to more involved than estimated, so the final price was appropriately higher.

This all had to be done prior to me moving in. I did meet the people and they seemed to be very nice. They got the job done quickly so that I could move in as soon as possible. Everything seems to be fine and I have no complaints. I would hire them again in the future if I needed to. I do not know about a recommendation because I only used them once.

Jem made me a satisfied customer. My home has had no electrical difficulties and I feel that I received good services. I think that the company is reliable and respectful so I would use them again in the future. The charges I had would have gone through my general contractor so I can't say too much about their prices directly.

I was satisfied with their work. The workers were friendly, polite, and efficient. They were here when needed. The new room is nice and we have had no problems with the electrical work. They also cleaned everything up when they were done. The cost for their service was included in our contractor s price.

The company was referred to me and I was very happy with the work, the prompt arrival time. The workers were very polite and quiet (my son works 3rd shift). I thought the bill was reasonable for the work that was accomplished.
