I USUALLY GET MY LUMBER FROM OTHER YARDS BUT WHEN I WAS GETTING MATERIALS FOR REPLACING MY PORCH FLOOR I FOUND I HAD UNDERESTIMATED THE PRICE OF TONGUE & GROOVE FLOORING. I LOOKED AT OTHER YARDS & THEY WERE EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE & HAD A BAD SELECTION OF LENGTHS. JAMES LUMBER HAD THE MATERIALS I WANTED & WERE SEVERAL DOLLARS CHEAPER A BOARD THAN OTHER YARDS. EVEN THOUGH I AM ON THE OTHER SIDE OF TOWN, THEY DELIVERED TO ME FOR FREE. WHEN SOME ASPECTS OF THE JOB CHANGED THEY HAD NO PROBLEM EXCHANGING THE MATERIALS WITH NO RESTOCKING FEE.
