Window Treatment Service
Representative, Kathy, met me at the store to demonstrate the advantages and disadvantages of different blinds and window treatments. She is quite knowledgeable, detailed in her approach to the different products and is not afraid to express her opinion. She further advised me of the best time for discounts on the different companies' products. The installer on the first job did beautiful work. The same installer on the second job did not catch the misshapen blind and the inappropriate way it was hung. Kathy responded very quickly by coming to our home and addressed the problem by removing the blind, having the company remake the blind and rehanging the new blind. She is very easy to work with and volunteers helpful information such as expected discounts, time to order, color-coordinating ideas, etc.
