 + -1 moreRepresentative, Kathy, met me at the store to demonstrate the advantages and disadvantages of different blinds and window treatments. She is quite knowledgeable, detailed in her approach to the different products and is not afraid to express her opinion. She further advised me of the best time for discounts on the different companies' products. The installer on the first job did beautiful work. The same installer on the second job did not catch the misshapen blind and the inappropriate way it was hung. Kathy responded very quickly by coming to our home and addressed the problem by removing the blind, having the company remake the blind and rehanging the new blind. She is very easy to work with and volunteers helpful information such as expected discounts, time to order, color-coordinating ideas, etc.
Description of Work: Brought samples of many window treatments into the home. Gave advise on pros and cons of the product type and style. Ordered the window treatments (blinds) and had them installed. Quickly and pleasantly dealt with a problem expensive blind by replacing it and installing a new one She also provided a "temporary" shade while the company remade the crooked one. Kathy will meet with you in the store, at your home or both. The cost was somewhat lower than a competitor who offered the same brands of window treatments.
