I have been taking my car to Jim for over a decade. I won't trust my car with anyone else. He has fair prices, will tell you what has to be fixed promptly and what can wait a while. He is an excellent communicator and even drew a diagram to explain what was wrong with my car. He is very ethical and honest and just a pleasure to do business with. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

They have honesty and integrity. We were going out of town and my grand daughter has a used car. Their price is comparable.

Even though I live in another area of town and getting the vehicle in can sometimes be inconvenient, I would never go anywhere else.

He is fabulous and I would not go to anyone else. He is the most fair and he will never overcharge you. If you want an honest person to do an honest job, he is your man. If he gives you a quote but the work costs more, he’ll still charge you the quoted amount. This guy is fabulous and I send more people to him than any other business anywhere. He should win awards.

I think that they are smart and they know what they are doing. I was pleased that he was willing to work on my Prius so that I didn't have to take it to the dealer. It hasn't needed much work, but he has done a good job maintaining it.

He is very good at explaining everything that he did to the car when you check out, and anything he recommends to do in the future.

He was recommended to me by a co-worker. When I called, and explained the emergency (working on the road), he made time to see me immediately. His estimate and actual cost was well below other mechanics. My '94 car with 137,000 miles on it has never sounded so quiet. Also took the time to check tires, windshield wipers, etc. For safety as I was driving a great deal for two more weeks. Would recommend highly to anyone.
