The TV is working again.

Mr. Ahn was very personable and knowledgeable. He completed the work in a timely manner. The television works perfectly.

Mr. Ahn has repaired two different TV's in our home and each time he was courteous, reasonably priced and his repairs were completed quickly. He was accurate & efficient .  I highly recommend him.

Very nice man.  Contacted yesterday and he was out ON TIME this
morning.  Had the part and hopefully fixed the problem.  Time will tell
if that was the only issue, but so far it looks great. 
He was very kind and understanding and honest.
I would definitely call him again for future problems (hope there are none!) and recommend to my friends.

Good job. I took the TV to them on Saturday afternoon and got it back on Monday afternoon.

Nice guy and his helper was great. I would use them again. Like that he came over right away.

I called and explained the problem with the set and arranged for them to pick it up. Jimmy said he would call back the next day and most likely have the set back in two days. I paid Jimmy $100 as a sign of good faith. The set was not ready in two days and when I called for an update Jimmy told me he was having trouble locating the part. He also said it would probably be in the $400 range and asked if I wanted to repair. After discussing I agreed to the repair. The set - a Sony hi def - was only 6 years old and the hi def picture was excellent before this recent issue. After two weeks Jimmy called to arrange delivery. When he delivered the set the picture had a bluish tint. The power issue has since returned. They were at a loss for the change in picture saying a gun was probably bad. After some discussion we settled on a repair price.

We called for their estimate after 3 p.m. and by 5:00 our big screen TV was in their van on the way to their shop. The unit had lost its picture, and our technician recognized the problem as not uncommon to this model. Citing the brand's reputation for reliability and quality, he encouraged us to pursue the repair rather than discard the 10 year old unit. His estimate was within $38 of the final cost and the work was completed as promised. A couple days after the unit's return, the sound went out. The technicians drove over within a couple hours of our call, puzzled for about an hour over this unfamiliar problem and told us he'd return with a replacement sound board the next day. That was actually too soon for us so we scheduled the replacement for our convenience. Although the repairs provided at the second service call were unrelated to our initial picture problem, he assured us there would be no charge. He was right. Replacing this new board required additional calibration to the unit which he patiently undertook. The set works wonderfully and we are very glad we called International Electronic Service for their help.

They picked up the TV one day and returned it the next day. Jimmy gave us great service and deserves a raise.

We were traveling in our motor home when the TV failed. A firm in Indianapolis diagnosed it, but said part would take two weeks to get, so I ordered it for delivery in Racine WI. I asked Angie for a TV repair shop in Milwaukee and was recommended to use International Electronic Service. They came out to the campground within the hour and replaced the power supply (which I had) on the spot!

He was SO nice. I was very impressed with him. After diagnosing the problem, he discovered our television needed a whole new audio board, and it would be over $400 plus labor. He advised us to replace the TV rather than repair it. For all he did, he only charged $80, which I thought was very reasonable. I would use him again.

I called them on a Monday and they came by that evening to look at the problem. They narrowed down the problem to the electrical panel, and wanted to take the TV with them that night to fix it in their shop. After explaining to them that it was impossible to get the TV out of the basement without removing the railing, they took the electrical panel out of the TV and took that back to their shop. They had it fixed the next day, however I scheduled them to return the following day to reinstall the panel. They came when they said they would, installed everything and it worked great. They have a 90 day warranty on the work they did. Charged $25 for initial service fee and then $369.60 for fixing the problem. If he can't fix the problem, you pay nothing!

Outstanding service. I called on December 26 and found that they were willing to come out that day (we live in Muskego). Very punctual, arrived within a few hours from initial call. Described repair options (repairing the board versus replacing it-about $200 difference). They removed the part on December 26 and were back the very next day, to finish the job. Replacement board was installed and the TV works great. Very responsive, considerate and I believe trustworthy. I would definitely do business with them again. 90 day warranty

Even though Jimmy was not able to repair the system, he was completely honest and ethical about the entire situation. I would recommend him for his high standards and honest business behavior.

They setup an appointment and were to be here within 2 hours and they never showed or called.

THEY WERE KIND AND SHOWED CONCERN FOR GETTING THE TV REPAIRED. LEFT THE TV SO THEY COULD SEE WHAT WAS HAPPENING. THEY CALLED ME THE NEXT DAY WITH AN ESTIMATE. A SMALL PART WAS BAD. THE TV WAS REPAIRED AND WORKING LIKE NEW WHEN I PICKED IT UP A DAY LATER. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR TIMELY AND REASONABLY PRICED REPAIR.

I CALLED, AND WAS RIDICULED BY THE OWNER, HE SAID HE COULD TELL SOMEONE OTHER THAN ME HOW TO DO THE WORK. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED AND INSULTED.

SAID THEY WOULD PICK UP THE TV AT 3:40 PM AND THEY ARRIVED AT 3:40 PM. THEY WEREN'T ABLE TO DELIVER AT TIME PROMISED, BECAUSE OF ADDITIONAL REPAIR PROBLEMS, BUT PHONED AHEAD AND DELIVERED A DAY LATER AT THE ORIGINALLY AGREED UPON PRICE.

THE TWO GENTLEMEN WHO CAME WERE VERY POLITE. THE PRICE WAS EXTREMELY REASONABLE. I CALLED THEM ABOUT 10:30 AM ON SAT MORNING AND THEY WERE HERE BEFORE 12:30.
