I've been using them since 2004. I refinanced in 2011. Everything was done by phone and computer. It took about a month because they had to rewrite everything. Everything was uploaded through the computer and it only took about 5 or 10 minutes for the closing. They are one of the easiest companies to deal with. I chose them because of the price and the ease of doing business. Their customer service is excellent. I actually talk to a person instead of hitting keypads all day. They are very professional. I would do a mortgage with them any day. They are very competitively priced. I can access everything online and it is very easy.
