BY NOW THEY'VE BASICALLY PUT TOGETHER AN ENTIRE MACHINE FOR ME, WITH ALL THE UPGRADES WE'VE DONE - THEY'RE ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP ME SAVE A FEW DOLLARS BY RE-USING WHATEVER COMPONENTS ARE STILL GOOD. THEY GREET ME BY NAME WHEN I WALK IN THE DOOR (COMPARE *THAT* WITH DEALING WITH A 'BIG BOX' STORE). ALWAYS HELPFUL, KNOWLEDGEABLE. FOR ANY GIVEN PURCHASE, YOU MIGHT PAY A LITTLE LESS AT A BIG CHAIN FOR WHAT YOU ARE BUYING, BUT YOU WOULDN'T GET THE SAME HELP AND HONEST ADVICE ABOUT IT, OR THE SAME CERTAINTY THAT THEY'D MAKE SURE IT'S RIGHT IF THERE WERE ANY PROBLEM.
