I thought they did a great job. Everything was efficient, communication was good, did exactly what they promised for the price they quoted. Was honest about what the results would be for an older carpet.

He applied the enzyme cleaner and then removed the cleaner and the dirt with the hot water extraction and the carpets look great. He did an amazing job on the stairs and all of the carpet in the house. If you are looking for a company that takes pride in the work provided, you should hire Imperial. The house has 3 bedrooms, a set of stairs, a hallway and lofted area. Great service at a great value.

Overall , Imperial did an OK job. I was disappointed in one area - our basement cleaning. We had some glue residue on carpet that I asked specifically to be cleaned. Imperial did not clean it totally and when I contacted them about it the next day, they suggested using the cleaner myself rather than come back and treat the area they missed. I did manage to clean the area they missed, but it was disappointing to not have them come back and fix what they missed.

I wanted to get the carpets cleaned before I moved into a house, and Jose was able to schedule an appointment on short notice and arrived on time with one other guy. They got to work right away and worked hard, and offered a fair price for the services. There was a general dog smell in the house from the previous owners and that's totally gone now. I'd definitely use their services again.

There were a couple pet stains that were not totally removed, so I'm giving them a "B" for quality. I'm not sure if it would be possible to get the stains out, but I was very slightly disappointed for this reason.

I would definitely use them again. They came over and they had a truck based machine. I had read good reviews online, but I don't think I got them from Angie's List and they had no complaints. They were respectful and efficient. I think the guy's name is Jose, but I can't remember for sure. Their pricing was fair.
