They are very responsive, clean and professional.

Nick and his team were initially very good at our snow removal. They worked with snowblowers rather than a plow, which made for a better cleared driveway. Initially, they came within a reasonable amount of time after a snowfall. But as the season wore on, the team frequently had not showed up even 24 hours after a snowfall - an unacceptable amount of time. Calls to Nick most often went unanswered. If, by chance, he did return a call, Nick was apologetic and polite - but it didn't change the problems. This season, with the first large snowfall, no one showed up - and multiple calls to Nick were never returned.

Very personable, but it took a very long time to complete the garden plan. Brought in nice topsoil for my clayey garden beds and re-shaped them nicely, but was disappointed to find that they had not removed the old plastic edging when I tried to install my new plants.

I would recommend them. They're very good at what they do. They had it done in the time that they say they're going to. They're prompt. It's a very good quality. They're a little expensive.

Arrived on time. Complained about the drive. Said that they couldn't do as much as it stated on the coupon because of the drive.

From start to finish it went about as long as they said it would which is good. Nick wasn't as proactive at being in touch as I would have liked so we had to be proactive to get updates throughout the process (when the next step was, when they were coming out, etc). Unfortunately, either due to me not communicating well or Nick not remembering me say it some plants were killed that shouldn't have been. It wasn't a big deal and he did fix it by planting new ones in its place. However, I feel like it wasn't a given and the blame was put more on me than the company. 
Otherwise on the major work day of rolling out the sod it went well; the workers worked hard and were nice. They maybe played their music a bit louder than our neighbors would have liked but we didn't get any formal complaints. 
In the end we were very happy with the transformation of our yard. They did do a very good job and Nick went above and beyond doing more tree trimming than he said he would. The only last downside is we were promised an email with lawn treatment information which we never received. The lawn has held up pretty well at least.

I'm a single female who trusted Nick. Nick, the owner, took advantage of my easy-going personality. Nick's work took TWO summers to fully complete with many easy reminders from myself. The final response from Nick was VERY aggressive explaining "he's a very busy man and he'll get around to complete my work when he has time." His workers, aka: his son and his son's friend, were very careless and dirt was EVERYWHERE. I had to clean up after the boys end of last summer before frost hit, and again I just finished cleaning up a SECOND time, including hiring pressure washers and buying new outdoor patio area rugs and porch mats. NIck used a very cheap and low quality pine wood to build my fence that it is already warping (only 8 months old), a wood post has already split, and the two gate doors have to be slammed to be shut. Nick knows of these problems, but does not seem to care because I gave him a final payment. Overall, he's a very cheap guy looking to save money at the expense of low quality materials and workers. If you want QUALITY, you are looking in the wrong spot... Want a cheap job? You've found the right guy.

For the $99 cost of the plan, we had expected something more unique and imaginative than what we received. It was a hand-drawn rendering of our backyard with planting beds around the house. To be fair, we did not express our disappointment to Immaculate and just chose not to contact him/them again.

these guys went above and beyond, and they seemed to have fun doing it.

It went very well.  The team arrived promptly.  Everything was cleaned up and completed in an hour.

He did complete an architectural landscape plan for us. The plans that he provided to us was nice. They included plantings and garden beds around the house. However, we did not go forward with the project because we had a larger project that we needed to have completed first.

Immaculate Connection did a good job for us of snow removal this season, always coming promptly after a snowfall and doing a good job of cleaning up, using snowblowers and shovels rather than a snowplow, which resulted in a better job of clearing.  If we weren't sure the snowfall was going to meet the 2" threshold, I could always reach the owner by phone to ask.  I also had occasion to ask for special service for a period of time, and that, too, was handled well.  We were quite satisfied with the services.  Though their services are a bit more expensive than some, we felt they were worth it.

My experience went well. The staff was professional and friendly while visiting. I was pleased with the service.

The work his team did was thorough, and I have used them since for Gutter cleaning and snow removal.

In the past I used them to do a lot of landscaping work. They always do a good job and the guy is really very responsive and good to work with. There were no issues at all.

They were a pain in the a** to deal with. They did the work. They were supposed to tell when they were coming but never did. They just showed up. They didn't even tell me they were here. I just heard the stomping on the roof over my head. Apparently, that's how they work. They just go do the work and you don't have to be there. It was alright. They did a decent job. It was fine other than them not letting me know ahead of time. It was kind of surprising finding somebody walking across your roof.

Everything went very well. They did a nice job and I would recommend them to others.

It was a great experience.  Nick is very respectful and courteous, listened to my requests, explained what he felt would or wouldn't work based on my yard.  I love the plants that he chose, as he paid attention to not only the colors, but the hardiness, the amount of work needed to care for them, and the seasonal colors they would turn. He and his workers really function as a team...they have known each other a long time and work incredibly hard.  I asked a lot of questions, and he/they  took the time to explain everything to me patiently.  Nick and his team came out several times to fix my fence, and to do the prep work for the installation.  Although the work happened at a busy time of year, he and his team made time to get things done properly.  The day of the installation went by very quickly, and everything was done in short order.  They cleaned up and it looked beautiful after.  What is really impressive is that Nick and his team seem to love the natural things they work with, and want it done properly.  Nick even threw in some extra work along one part of my fence, simply because he felt it needed to be done aesthetically, and did not charge me for it.  This was a difficult summer for new plants, and several of the ones he installed didn't do well.  I called and he offered advice for caring for them, and when they died, he sent his team out to install new ones.  He backs up the word that he gives.  I would not hesitate on recommending this company to anyone.  I actually plan to use them again next year to finish up other parts of my yard.  His prices are very fair, and I felt the quality was good.  I love my yard now.

Have to be honest - can't remember how much it cost. But it was reasonable and well worth it.
