All went well.

We got them because our neighbor used them. He's been just fine and comes when he's supposed to. He returns calls and we don't have any issues with creatures. He's also friendly and prompt.

We called, and they were able to come out the same day. I don't recall exactly how much we paid them, but it was a reasonable charge. They certainly didn't gouge us.

I liked Greg. I had been using him for about five years; I just decided to cut the budget a little bit. The reason I liked him was because he was always on time, very friendly, knew what he was doing and all that good stuff. I really don't have too much to compare his prices with; considering he came all the way out here for me, I guess the price was good. The quality of work was good too; I didn't have any bugs. I would use him again in the future if I get any more bugs.

We have been a loyal customer of Horizon for the past 7 years or so now. We are on an annual plan which means we receive quarterly visits for pest application. We have a cat and a dog and a young child and all products used are very safe and effective. He calls us and schedules the next service call usually about a week or two in advance to let us know when he is coming. He is very courteous, flexible and we have never had a problem. During our annual program we had taken down a willow tree when we first moved to our new home. We had found out after removal that it was infested with carpenter ants. After disturbing their home, they came after ours! We had them pouring in our kitchen window! Craig was there the next morning and treated them and they were literally never seen again after the one treatment. It's now been 5 years since that incident and we're happier than ever! Not a spider or pest to be seen. If we ever do have an incident in between treatments, Craig comes out at no charge to us and will treat for free. Very respectful, friendly and a really outstanding guy. Several of our friends use him also and that's how we were also referred!

He comes out every 3 months. I love them. I have no problems with him whatsoever. I spent $85 on his last visit. He has such a pleasant personality. I had a bee problem and he had come out and had done the work. He told me not to mess with them and not to do anything and told me to use another door. He came out and he was gone. He is really good. My sister and niece use him as well.

It is a program where we pay by the year and we are pleased with the price. They are very good about following through. They are thorough and pleasant to talk to. They are well mannered, clean, quick and efficient. We would strongly recommend them.

The ants disappeared overnight. We have seen no spiders, earwigs or other insects either. We will have Craig back on a quarterly basis. He is professional, friendly and he called to let us know he would be a little late.

They were listed in our church directory as a Christian company. I was satisfied with their work.

They are very dependable and their price is reasonable. The service has been effective so far. I would use their services in the future too.

I called Craig on a Saturday. I had a lot of the small brown house ants. I asked about what chemicals he used and the safety as I have pets and grandchildren. He came to my house that day and did the work. I think I have seen one ant in 2 years. He is very professional and neat. I have him come 2 or 3 times a year just to maintain.

My daughter is the one that deals with Craig. Her narratve: First time I called was in 2007 - had a massive spider problem in the garage - what I thought were food b**** turned out to be eggs for fairly sizable spiders. I came home after being gone for the weekend and there were literally HUNDREDS of spiders all over in the garage. After being dive-bombed by a couple of them (and as highly arachnaphobic and was in a hysterical panic, I went through the phone book and picked out a few exterminators to call. He was the only one to be willing to give me an estimate for just coming to take care of the garage over the phone, and he was the only one willing to come out without having me sign a contract. And, he was willing to come out that afternoon. At the time he was driving a silver Chevy Silverado truck - so I've since nicknamed him my Knight in Shining Silverado. He also took care of the wolf spider that was blocking my access out of the house through the side door. Afterwards, Craig gave me some info and let me think about signing up with him. I called him a month or two later to sign a contract with him. I've been pleased with the service - he's knowlegable and we have some good conversation too about his family, my family, politics, etc. Poor guy, I think he thinks I talk too much. lol My mouse problem has been taken care of - since the cats were too lazy. I haven't had any bugs in the basement in a long time, the ladybug issue in the southeast corner inside my house is gone, and so is the moth problem - a forgotten bag of flour in the back of the "pantry" cabinet. When he treats the inside of the house, it takes about an hour for the spray to dry, so I just keep the pets locked up for a bit (usually do two or three hours, just to be sure). He comes 4 times a year, and is very accomodating with my wacky schedule. With the last contract I signed, it was about $160 less as the upstairs is not needing any treatment anymore as the exterior house wash takes care of it.

They were excellent. We spent $80 on the last service with them. They were attentive. The owner of the company is excellent. She knows what she is doing and is very accommodating, and is very aware of pricing and these kinds of things.

Craig is very pleasant, punctual, polite, and professional. And we've seen very few "critters" since he's been on the job. Highly recommended.

I TRIED TO GET OTHER FIRMS, BUT WAS TOLD I HAD TO WAIT TWO DAYS. CRAIG CAME TO MY HOME WITHIN A FEW HOURS AND FOUND THE SOURCE AND DID NOT CHARGE ME. HE HAD WORKED FOR A MAJOR EXTERMINATING COMPANY FOR 8 YEARS AND HAS STARTED HIS OWN FIRM. HE WAS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND COOPERATIVE. I WAS AMAZED HE DID NOT CHARGE ME TO COME OVER. ALTHOUGH A NEW BUSINESS HE HAS INTEGRITY AND EXPERIENCE.
