We were in the process of selling our home. Got comments from our realtor that people liked the house, but were concerned about some damaged paneling in my husbands office in the basement. Chad came in with his helper on short notice and did such a nice job on it, the next people to see the house made us an offer which we accepted. He also did quite a lot of work for us getting the house ready to show.
After our home inspection there are a few more little things he is going to do for us.
Chad does a good job at a reasonable price. No job is too small. We have been using him for several years now.
