About us
I am a sole proprietor. I do occasionally use sub-contractors that I know and have trusted for at least five years for large scale exteriors. The biggest crew I like running is four people, including myself. I think things get sloppy, and slow otherwise. That being said, I make a point that when you hire me, that you are hiring me. I am hands on with every project. And, most of the time I do work alone. Until now, I have only used word of mouth advertising. I have painted for 19 years, and I have owned this business for 6 years. I always work with the individual client on billing. On smaller jobs, I can usually wait until the job is finished before I invoice. On bigger jobs I like to invoice either in phases of the job (where it makes sense,) or bi-weekly. I rarely if ever ask for a deposit up front. The only special deals I have is when you refer me to another paying individual, I cut my hourly rate by $5.00 for three years should you require my services later.

Faux Finishes- walls, and wallpapers., cabinets, conception, doors, faux finishes, finishes, minor drywall repair and plaster texturing, other texturing. Can emulate many different textures, trim and metal. Wallpaper- Removal and application. Painting- Ranch, up to two-story exterior. Mostly interior- Enameling

The only downside is he's done such an amazing job that we feel like we have to replace our trim, because it is obvious where the previous owners weren't careful enough when they painted.
