Jeff was on time and worked on site until the job was finished. Jeff coordinated with sub contractors electrical and plumbing which can kept the job moving forward. Jeff came in on budget. His quality is second to none. Very impressive craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Jeff is a very nice guy. BUT, timeliness is not a strength. After I found the type of railing I wanted installed, I called Jeff to get a quote for the install. He came out, looked at the job, told me exactly what to order, and gave me a verbal quote over the phone. 9 months and dozens of calls later, he finally came out and installed the railing. He wound up being short one post - I had ordered exactly what he'd told me to order. His original quote was $1400. His final bill was $1900. Because I made the mistake of not requesting a written quote, I had to eat the $500.
