They worked on the gas furnace which went fine. The first hour’s charge was $179.00 which we thought was a little high. The problem is that today, 6 weeks later, we are still having problems with the furnace. We thought that we had a 60 day warranty; however, they are refusing to look at what is wrong without charging us another $179.00. Brandon did come out, however they did not even light the pilot light; he wanted me to sign a different contract. Come to find out, it was the pilot light that was out so a friend diagnosed this and lit it. I have been upset with this service and I would not recommend them. (The manager’s name was Matt.)
