I found him on Craigslist, and when we meet up he came across very professional and put together. I gave him $650.00 as a down payment to purchase some supplies. We had a written contract, and he took the copy and did not give me one. I signed off on the contract, and I called for a copy and he said he would bring one by. I never received a copy of the contract and he never started the work. I have now filled a police report.
