It's always been a very good service, they are capable, friendly and they are also the dealer where I bought my car.

Ramon Alvarado was my sales consultant. He was really helpful thru the process of buying the car. He explain to my wife and I all the details of the purchase and all the questions the we had about the car he explain with details. I will come back to HEISER Chevrolet for my next car purchase again. Good experience on my car purchase.

What happened was, it's with cars that came with complementary service. So it was just oil changes; they did the oil change. It was free because it was included in my vehicle; there was no cost. They changed the oil in a timely fashion. Price is an A because it was no cost. As far as I can tell they did the oil change fine.

The service that was provided by James Hicks (salesman) and Gerald Johnson (finance manager) was first class. They made a stressful time for me much easier. I wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone to Heiser Toyota. Sincerely Duwayne Hayes

In January, 2017, after only 8 months, and just 5,000 miles, I was informed that I needed new tires, which were not covered under the "Certified" warranty. I had to pay $900.00 for a set of new tires. When I complained to the service manager, he looked and told me I only needed two tires, not four, but I still had to pay almost $600.00 for them, and there was still no guarantee that the remaining tires would not also fail.

Craig Stryzewski provided the BEST buying experience for us in all our years of purchasing vehicles!  This was our first TOYOTA purchase and our second HEISER purchase, but by far Craig stood out!  He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we were purchasing and very fair about our trade vehicle.  He presented himself in a very professional manner and represented Heiser Toyota with great pride.  General Manager Pat Pomeranz personally introduced himself to us and thanked us for our business, which does not always happen at dealerships.  Also, Business Manager, Nick Martinez, was great to work with during the financial transaction.  He was very interactive with us and made the "boring" part of buying a car a fun experience!   We will most definitely return to Heiser Toyota for our next vehicle purchase!  Thank you to all!

I enjoyed meeting with Mr. Hicks. He is not one of your typical aggressive salespeople. He listened to my wants, and he made it happen. I appreciate him and everything he has done for me.  I will continue to go back to James for the purchase of my next vehicle.

I would also like to give a shout out to Bill, the sales manager, for assisting me with a minor financing hick-up. Bill was direct and to the point and gave me options to handle the situation. 

Lastly, I would like to thank Gerold for explaining the financial documents to me. He is a professional and knowledgeable with vehicle financing.

I first went in because the check engine light was on on 6/21/13. The fuel filler neck and gas cap were replaced for 342.00. The check engine light came on again and I was told that the cannister needed to be replaced. I came back in for that repair and was charged $664.00 The check engine light came back on again. The car was in several more times before it was determined that I really did not need a cann

We waited less than 5 minutes, just like the last time we were here.

Tried to sell me an expensive part that I really did not need. The detailing was subprofessional. I would not recommend this place to my friends or family.

Arrived for appointment at opening time, 7AM. Was immediately admitted, and previously prepared paperwork was completed and signed. I spent about 45 minutes in the waiting room (free coffee and free soda available), read the provided Journal Sentinel Sports section, and watched the TV news.
Service was done well, and in a reasonable period of time. A nice touch, in addition to the printed list of items checked and current condition, I was also informed of some recommendations due on the next two service visits, and their estimated cost - helps to plan when I will schedule them.
My only criticism is the cost, which, like all dealer services, seemed a little high. However, it is a hybrid vehicle, and I am not sure I am ready to trust it to the local quick oil change shop.

Very well. Sam was very cordial and the work was done in a timely fashion.

They are very, very good. They are very clean, very professional, very up-to-date and very attentive. They are almost too attentive because they keep on following up.

Excellent service!!

After going to two other Toyota dealerships, I saw this vehicle on CARS.COM, called dealership, spoke with Steve. Asked if car was still available, if it was certified. He said yes and asked when I could come in to test drive. Car was in front of dealership when I arrived, Steve was ready for me to test drive, had a ballpark estimate on my trade. Deal went smooth. Can't say the same for the other two dealerships.
I had time to check everything out on vehicle and came across two minor issues. Called service (Rick), he had me bring it in, and had items fixed expeditiously.
Great all around. I will travel the extra distance to use Heiser's service department.

They did a great job. They are very professional and friendly.

I like that I don't need an appointment for service and I go in whenever is most convenient for me. In terms of service length, it has never taken me more than an hour for them to complete the service.

Sloppy work. I had to return my car since job was not done right, will not use the place again. Long wait for even a simple oil change even with appointment made in advance (> 90 min).

The work is generally sloppy. They have forgotten to attach the sticker that tells me when my next oil change is due. They did not tighten the oil drain plug during my last oil change so I lost a quart on my way home, I was lucky to notice this myself. When you buy the $400 30,000 mile service, nobody could explain to me what was included. They neglected to fix three items that were under warranty after two visits. I found Toyota service recalls online regarding my sqeeking clutch pedal and they did nothing about it. For the price, I expect premium service and quality. I have not gotten that from Heiser Toyota.
