Auto Body Work
This was a pretty straight forward job. This company deals with my insurance company often and I took the recommendation. Stopped by with estimate from insurance appraiser and made appointment for repair. Dropped off as scheduled. Repair was estimated at 3 days. They called afternoon of 3rd day and I returned to pick up. Found small paint chip under bumper. Shop attempted to repair immediately. Shannon (the person I was working with) was not satisfied with the quality of the repair since the color was a little off. Requested I come back, leave it for a day and they would give me a car to use. Returned when scheduled, left vehicle, took loaner car and they fixed as promised. To be clear: the issue was a minor quality item that I would have let go. However, it was the shop that insisted on making it right and they did with as little inconvenience as possible. This was well beyond expectations! I high recommend this organization.
