I would use them again.

Horrible. Stay as far away from these people as you can. First of all a major trust issue. Used them last year and they were sketchy at best in terms of showing up and doing exactly what they were paid to do. My wife kept an eye on them and had to direct the workers to finish the job as instructed. They didn't do a bad job if you were paying attention to them. I asked Ahmed to come to my house and do a walk thru because the office staff is horrible.

Nice but they'll tell you anything which means you have to deal directly with Ahmed. Well lo and behold winter comes and they send a detailed contract to do a seasonal service and I decided to give them a second shot. I should have been wary when the contract came and didn't specify dates of service and he raised the price on the bi weekly clean up by 20 dollars. So I countered with a "date range" for each service and they agreed to it.

Well the season comes and here I am again talking to his office staff who gave me false information. Tracked down Ahmed and come to find out he's dropping mulch at my neighbors house. So I called him and asked how are you doing this size job in one day (my yard alone was 13 yards). Of course that story changed and he didn't drop mulch at both houses (why am I telling this guy how to do his job?) Then he didn't show up for the bi weekly til late and NEVER showed up to do the yard clean up at all! I called him and he never responded and I could not get ahold of anyone in the so called office. Word of advice. Stay away from them at all costs. Unreliable and untrustworthy.

The grooming and clean up of yard was wonderful. The sod experience was horrible. They repeatedly told us the sod was ordered one day & it would be placed that week. They did not show up (without a call) more than 4 times for this job over a period of two months. When it finally arrived it was during the hottest part of summer & the sod burned / did not take in many areas. Note: we started this process at the beginning of May... We watered diligently & according to their instructions. They did replace a few pieces but not all affected areas. They continuously made billing errors. We had to contact them many many times to get it resolved. We also hired them to clean up & maintain another property. Again it took numerous calls to get them to complete the initial service as well as complete the every other week maintenance that we paid for in advance. The staff & laborers were fine. The owner and accountant are terrible. Excuses and digression are what you can expect.

My daughter, who owned our home previously, used them, and so they know the property. We continue to use them. I felt comfortable with them working on my lawn, they knew exactly what they were doing, and I’d recommend them highly to anyone looking for lawn care.
