Marius and his staff were friendly and professional. He  explained the quote and offered various options like using replacement parts from the original manufacturer or after market parts that would save money. The work was done when he said it would be and looks great. He had the car washed and the inside detailed. The price seemed high but was actually slightly cheaper than another quote I obtained.

My car was rear-ended in an accident. Greenfield Auto Body Carstar did a great job repairing the damage and replacing the bumper, and they did it in the amount of time they said it would take (only a couple days). Everyone there was very nice and helpful. They also completely cleaned and vacuumed my car, which was an unexpected bonus! The insurance company paid for the repairs, but it seemed pretty reasonable for the amount of work they did, and was very close to the estimate they gave.

It went great- the owner and staff were helpful in explaining the process and working with the insurance company. They went out of the way to reassure my teenage son who was involved in the accident and not knowledgable about the whole process that everything would be ok.
