Anyway, an hour after she was supposed to be at my house on the day of the appointment, I got a call from her. Her people were circling my office building downtown (a 22-story tower which fills an entire block) and asking where my house was. I told her Whitefish Bay. They eventually made it to my house. I got to the house later that day and found they had mopped the hardwood floors. No other apparent cleaning that I could discern. 2 hours to mop 5 small floors. None of my requested tasks were done. So I called tracy. She said they didn't have time to get to my desired tasks. I noted it doesn't take two hours to mop 5 small floors. Moreover, I asked why she didn't attend to the tasks that I listed for her. She said those were just "priorities" and they can't get to everything. Apparently she doesn't understand what "priority" means. I explained I was disappointed she hadn't cleaned a single thing I had asked, and that it cost me $50 to do a simple chore that I could have finished in a quarter of the time. She basically told me tough luck. Bottom line, she didn't do what I asked, and she did a lousy job at what was completed (in that it took far too long). And then she was completely unresponsive to my concerns. No service ethic.
"Two hours of cleaning is very limited time in a 750 square home. We took care of all cobwebs thru out home.We wiped down all baseboards, vacuumed every room including closets. Cleaned one bathroom and wiped all kitchen cabinets. Finally, we mopped your entire home including closets. We felt very good about the cleaning work we accomplished. Billing address was confusing and we communicated with you to resolve the confusion. We can not refund your money for cleaning recieved. We needed more time to complete the list of priorities you had listed on the job ticket.
