Their quote was well below others, they got us on the schedule right away and they did a great job. Skip made sure everything went smoothly, and answered all our questions. He even gave some good gardening advice! The guys that came out finished in just a few hours and made sure we were satisfied with the yard before they left. We were worried we were too small of a job to get someone to come out, but they seem to do big and small jobs. Great Lakes Excavating is a great family owned company. We highly recommend them.

A great company to do business with. I had 4 quotes and they were not the lowest, but what they suggested doing was far better than what was suggested by the other companies. They arrived on time, cleaned up each day, and were very trustworthy. The quality is top notch. They worked as if they were doing this to their own homes. I know the job was done right.

Skip and his team did a fantastic job. Price was very fair, work was completed quickly and on time. Couldn't have gone any better.

Skip the owner was a little bit hard to reach though I admit I needed the work done in May, their busiest time of the year. They took three quad axle dump trucks of building debris away and about 12-13 trucks of dirt away for my crawl space. The cost included disposal of those items.
