I think the qulaity of flowers they had was fair. However, the retailer was unfriendly and, in fact, pretty blunt to my questions, which made my overall experience with this shop very unpleasant.

I cannot say enough good things about Grande Flowers!! I originally found them on Angie's List and scheduled a consultation with Julie. She was fantastic. I walked in originally with some very vague ideas and colors, but no pictures or details to back it up. Julie was patient with me and did a wonderful job of transforming my vision into a set plan. She thought of EVERYTHING from picking the right flowers to hold up to an outdoor, hot July wedding to reminding me of things I completely forgot...like having a bouquet for the bouquet toss at the reception.
Julie also did a great job of communicating price, contract and logistics. I never felt like she was trying to "pull the wool over my eyes". She was upfront about price on all of the flowers under consideration and helped me find the right mix of flowers that met my budget, looked GORGEOUS and held up well the entire day!
Julie also did a fantastic job the day of the wedding!!! She showed up on time, was very professional and ensured all flowers were in the right place at the right time.

Found them on Angies. Spoke on the phone with them, they were very accommodating and helpful. Price was reasonable. They followed up to make sure the flowers got delivered properly. Our relative was very impressed with the arrangement, and, she knows flowers! A very nice experience.

Perfect. They made a hard day a little easier. The lady on the phone was very kind and the flowers were wonderful. She made sure they were able to get in the church to deliver the flowers so I wouldn't have to worry.

Julie was a true pleasure to work with! She had great ideas for how to keep the cost reasonable. She did an AMAZING job with all of the arrangements but the bridal bouquets (bride and bridesmaids) were especially beautiful. And they looked great for over a week after. In fact, the alstromeria we bought from her for the centerpieces still looked good almost 3 weeks later. Excellent quality! I'm so glad I decided to work with Julie instead of ordering flowers over the internet, which I was considering doing to save a few dollars. I would definitely recommend Grande Flowers to anyone planning a wedding or just sending flowers to a loved one.

We wanted to get my mother a bouquet and stumbled upon Grande, which was both near where my mother lives and where we had been traveling. Though the one person in the shop was busy with both a walk-in customer and a phone order, she did her best to move through things to get to us. She gave us a nice mixed bouquet and asked for our input throughout. I'd be inclined to us them again, given our experience.
