Grand View Windows

Everything went very smoothly and service was excellent as I expected.  When I came to accept the fact that my patio door needed replacing Joe Milner of Grand View was the first person I thought of.   He first was accomodating to my schedule and the weather.  He removed an hauled away the old door,  installed the new door completely, cleaned up everything.  He and his workers we very polite and respectful of my home while they performed the work,  Awesome job.
He replaced my windows in my home over 20 years ago and they are still like new.  I have had only one small servicing issue over that time and his company took care of it without any hassles or hesitation and stood by his lifetime warranty!!!   Due  to the  time that lapsed nearly 20 years the design changed slightly concerning my problem so, he could not give me the small part that we broke so, he replaced it with a brand new window.  The company sells only the finist products and stands by his work and what he sells.  He performs the work himself and knows what he is doing, his work and products are top of the line.  What I like best is that he has been around for a long time, he remembers his customers and delivers.

They arrived on time for the estimate and provided a great price and product for the money.

Joe was very thorough with explanations of different types of entry and storms doors, from materials doors were made from, to durability, to mechanical features, and cosmetics. He did not pressure a purchased, but wanted me to be informed. I felt confident with my choices for the doors. Joe worked with my work schedule for installation. Installation was professional. My interior floor was protected while the work was done. They cleaned everything before they left. Consideration was taken to do the job right! My doors are beautiful. I love them! Installation was smooth. I was informed I could call at any time if I had any questions or concerns after the installation.

After getting an exorbitant quote on storm doors from WeatherTight, I received a courtesy call from Grand View asking if I needed any services.  I had purchased windows from them in the past.  I inquired about purchasing storm doors.  When Joe (owner) came out and quoted for the job with the SAME manufacturer's doors, it was only 1/2 of the WeatherTight quote.  Since I had Grand View install before and had no problems with the windows, I signed a contract for the storm doors right away.  The doors were delivered in advance of installation and I stored them in my garage.  When weather permitted (finally got warmer), an appointment for installation was made.  The installers showed up on time and the doors were installed in about four hours as promised.  They were very courteous and cleaned up after themselves.  I am pleased with the product and the installation.

They did a very good job and we are pleased with the results. The year before that we had them replace our downstairs windows. Again very good job and we are pleased with the quality and ease of cleaning.
