We chose them because of the price. The guy was great, it ended up being a much larger project than he originally thought and he only charged me for the extra materials, but not the extra time.

He replaced the broken window. He was clean and fastidious about not getting glass anywhere. He was quick and very professional. At the last minute I had to ask him to adjust the time and he was willing to accommodate us. He was a nice guy and also gave me some pointers on dealing with other windows and to avoid this happening again.

I called at 8AM on a Saturday morning, and the work commenced slightly before 9AM. The work was done quickly, and the job site was meticulously clean afterward. The gentleman was very polite, and I would definitely recommend this company.

MIGHT HAVE BEEN A LITTLE EXPENSIVE, BUT THE GUY WAS NICE, CAME TO MY HOUSE WITHIN ABOUT 45 MINUTES AND CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF. HE ALSO REPLACED A SHEET OF PLEXIGLAS FOR ME THAT I HAD SCREWED INTO THE DOOR BEHIND THE WINDOW TO PROVIDE EXTRA SECURITY.

GREAT WORK. I WAS QUOTED 4-5 DAY LEAD TIMES WITH OTHER COMPANIES AND MARK HAD IT DONE IN 5 HOURS. I WAS QUOTED A VERY HIGH PRICE AT CERTAIN COMPANIES ($100-ISH) AND PAID 45 FROM GLISSON. TERRIFIC WORK! I ONLY HAD A CREDIT CARD WHEN I PAID, WHICH THEY DO NOT TAKE. MARK TRUSTED ME TO TAKE THE MIRROR WITHOUT PAYING AND MAIL HIM A CHECK. VERY HONEST PEOPLE, AND YES, I SENT THE CHECK.

GLISSON WAS HALF THE PRICE OF A WELL KNOWN COMPANY IN TOWN. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, YET NEIGHBORLY. THEY ASKED ME WHEN I WANTED DELIVERY AND CAME OUT IN A FEW DAYS. HAVING GLISSON INSTALL MY MIRROR WAS LIKE HAVING DAD COME OVER AND HELP ME WITH A PROJECT. I'LL NEVER GO BACK TO MY OLD COMPANY, GLISSON IS MY FIRST CHOICE NOW IN GLASS AND MIRROR PRODUCTS.
