First, I went in with a duplicate receipt that I was told I would be able to use. They didn't have gift receipts, but they printed a duplicate which they said would be no problem in case of a return. They told me they couldn't refund the money on another card. It had to be on the card it was purchased. But this was a gift, which makes it more difficult. They went out to the store with the receipt that I had and their credit card. They refused the receipt and said they wanted the white receipt, not the yellow one which is an EXACT duplicate, and they said it was OK to use previously. On the third trip back to the store, the worker refused to work with us. Since she had no reason for this, a debate went on in the store. The worker called the police, and not just the police, but 911! The police were expecting that the place was being robbed by a group of thugs, and when they walked into the store they were disgusted! The police made them return the item.
