Fuse Electronic Systems And Security

My sister used Fuse to install their 4 wireless cameras at her house. It works great and she likes it a lot. It figures the wireless deal did not work at my location. I live in a very rural area where the internet isn't too good. Fuse sold me a wired 4 camera system instead. The price was a little higher, but the picture is clear as a bell, even in pitch black. The installer was very polite, knowledgeable and not pushy. I hate pushy, this installer was really nice. I would recommend Fuse to everyone.

Everything went wrong from the beginning. Through a miscommunication they did not show up on the day scheduled. They did call ahead but used a business number I had used to contact them. The first time they came and spent 7 hours and because they could not get the system going they made plans to come again. I was disappointed when I was told if I wanted a camera by the front door they would have to charge me more since it would take time to hook up the power from a location other than my garage or barn. The second time they came there were three installers and after several hours we had to reschedule a third time. The third time they came it was one installer and again we could not get things to work. By that point I was extremely frustrated and asked them to remove the cameras and refund the money. After several weeks I did receive a refund. Unfortunately I now have holes where the cameras were which are filled with puddy.

I called them and my call was answered by the same person who performed my services.  I had alot of questions on the phone.  All of my questions were answered and they offered to come and give an assesment(quote) the same day!  They arrived promptly and were dressed proffessionaly.  Paul has been in the industry for nearly 20 years and it shows.  Before long I was scheduling the work to be done which they were able to do the same week.  When they worked they were just 2 workers Paul and his Son.  I notice no one ever got upset or cursed they were a heart warmingly efficient team.  The work was super neat and they clean up after themselves.  Ill tell you good help like this is hard to come by so I wanted to leave a positive review for them.  They deserve it.
