The process went smooth from start to finish. Bids were taken from different contractors and Frank Armstrong Enterprises had the most reasonable price of the contractors, plus offering the most simple solution to the problem. I did not feel that they attempted to oversell their services by asserting that I needed more work than necessary to obtain the desired result.
