Flowquest Design/Build LLC

My wife and I are absolutely thrilled with the work performed by flowquest.  For the last two years, we have kicked around the idea of finishing the basement.  We had 3 other contractors give us bids.  These were large companies, and I feared that the attention to detail would be missed.  I contacted Flowquest and spoke directly with the owner, Kai Marquardt.  We eventually hired Flowquest, and could not have been happier.

     Kai's attention to detail, as well as his skill was second to none.  He turned a dark dungeon like basement, into a wonderful new living space.  When there was a decision to be made, Kai would explain the options, the pros and cons for each.   Through every step of the construction process, I really felt like I was kept informed.  I felt that he was completely honest about everything.  For example, when it came time to decide if we wanted the corners of the walls rounded or squared, Kai provided helpful insight.  We have two small children, and Kai suggested rounded corners because they would be a little safer. The rounded corners would also add detail to the rooms.  We went with Kai's suggestion, and he was spot on.  This is just one minor detail, which I would have never thought about.

   Kai's knowledge and skill is apparent in the finished product.  I have had several neighbors and family members comment on how great the basement looks.  I have nothing but praise form Kai and his company.  I guarantee you that I would have known about Flowquest 4 years ago, this is the company that would have built my house.   

   I hope that Kai and Flowquest thrive for years to come!
