Refinished hardwood floors in two rooms. Superb job in a very timely fashion - highly recommended.

Doug was terrific to work with. He responded to my call for a quote within an hour and was able to come over on a Saturday morning around my schedule needs to estimate the project. He was on-time every time (estimate appointment, return call for scheduling service, days of service) and his follow-up was impeccable which was critical, as I was racing against time to list my house on the market. Even more important, he did an amazing job getting out all of the stains and all of that for $1000 less than the other contractor bids. Overall, he was professional, fast, quality oriented and worked around my needs. He was recommended to me and I would recommend him to anyone who asks! He's been doing this all of his life and this family business really only cares about the quality and their name - not sure what the other 'ding' on this site was about - but my experience was incredibly positive with Floor Doctor.

I had heard good things about this provider's price, as well as, the quality of his work. Unfortunately, his customer service and professionalism are lacking and he lost my business.

FAMILY RUN. THE OWNER GOT INTO THE BUSINESS BY REFINISHING BOWLING ALLEYS YEARS AGO. I WAS HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF THE WORK. HONEST. VERY REASONABLY PRICED. MINIMUM CHARGE =$365 WHICH WAS LESS THAN I FOUND ELSEWHERE. $0.75/ SQ FT FOR THE SCREENING. $2/SQ FT FOR REFINISHING. USED A WATER-BASED PRODUCT. DID NOT USE STAIN, INSTEAD RECOMMENDED A AMBER ADDITIVE FOR THE FINISH WHICH WAS FASTER AND TURNED OUT BEAUTIFULLY.

DOUG WAS ON TIME, EFFICIENT, AND MANAGED TO TURN BEATEN UP OLD WOOD FLOORS INTO BEAUTIFUL, LIKE NEW WOOD FLOORS. WE HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS.
