We absolutely will, which is why we charge ZERO fees for cancelled appointments. They did change the lock and sent me several photos of the condo, and it looked very clean. I was extremely pleased. I explained several times that I did not get paid again until April 15, 2015, and that I would mail them the balance at that time (I'm in another city 1280 miles away). Well, on April 14, 2014, Jesse became quite rude and offensive and demanded to be paid immediately. I told him that I would be paid the following day and that I would either pay by credit card or mail a check whichever he preferred. He would not/could not wait until the following day and sent me a text at 2:39 a.m. stating that he was taking the lock off. There was no appeasing him. I had tried repeatedly to calm him down, but absolutely nothing worked. Then, I hired another contractor to come in and change the locks on the door. Jesse broke into the condo, and damaged the side/patio door and removed the lock that someone else had installed. He also turned the heat on high. And, I have no doubt it was Jesse because that he how he had been entering the condo in the first place - he never bothered to get a key from management. Also, faux bricks were removed from the fireplace, and I had only discussed adding a few more with Jesse - I did not mention it to anyone else. There is no doubt in my mind that he did that out of spite. I would definitely stay way from him - he is bad news and extremely immature.
